2. Setup Dekaron Databases
Open SQL Server Management Studio

Select server "(local)" and Windows Authentication
Select Connect

Right Click on the "Databases" folder and Select "Restore Database..."

Enter the name of the database you will restore "account"
Select the box "From Device"
Click the box highlighted in Red

Select Add

Locate and select the .bak file for the database your are restoring. (this time "account.bak")
Select Ok

Check the box for the database backup to restore. (If there are more than one, each are just a different backup date/time. Pick one from a time that you would like)

After finding the .bak and selecting the database, click "options" on the left.
Change the "billing.mdf" in the 2nd and 3rd row in the middle box to "billing1.mdf" and "billing2.mdf"

3. Run the "SN" query
Copy this code.
Select "New Query" in the tool bar

4. Setup new login (optional, but best for security)
First Disable the "sa" login:
Open SQL Server Management Studio.
Click the + next to "Security" and then "Logins"
Right Click "sa" and select "Properties"

Click the "Status" tab on the left.
Check the radials to "Deny" and "Disabled"
Click OK

Creating the new login:
Right click the "Logins" folder and select "New Login..."

Enter a name and password for the new login.
Uncheck the box "Enforce Password Policy" (this prevents you having to change the password on your first login as well as every 6 months)

Click the "Server Roles" tab
Check the box "sysadmin"

Click the "User Mapping" tab
Check the box for all 4 Dekaron databases and in each check the box dbowner on the bottom.
This must be done for all 4 Dekaron databases. (account, billing, cash, character)

Remember this username and password as you will be using it on your server files config.ini.

5. Configure ODBC
Open Control panel and double click on "Administrative Tools"
