how to hack was commander ? how to use charles to hack it ?

i saw only hacks topics but i don't understand how to use it.

WC just came out with a new "expansion"/update today and the version is now V1.5.1158, I also would like to know if anybody has hacks for this version now. It would be greatly appreciated.
