Unable to retrieve items that Chinese NPC

Europen items sold in the normal NPC players picked up by the youth on our servers, but can not get some chinese items .. Games can get sword 9d received .9 d bow just can not get an error or not DC .. Where can I fix it?

hacı sen bari açıklasaydın nesini kontrol edeyim ? DB de sorun yok çünkü başka media ile girip baktım alınıyor benim media ile alınmıyor :(
