simple search for the id "******" which it shows , u will go to it's dialog , edit it to whatever u want it to do or simply go to the database and move the npc to anywhere else
srsly u duno how to do this then u need to learn more c# to understand ur own source
incase it's binary go to npcs actions/dialogs , u will find the dialog at the pram of actions , edit it and u r done , or simply move it to some other map and u will still have to create some scripts so u will need to learn in both ways
