No they cannot, my friend GM Romeo and GM Ravenclaw(Hussain and Lucas) ex GMs from Acclaim 9D both took a look at the files, they are not the original files, the real original files in total are 5 GB big. And for the xSetserver.exe file that you maybe have seen in the korea client.rar folder is only a program to test patches, nothing good working out of here. So no this is not the real files.

sorry but server files can't have less than 1gb... they need to have over 5gb or more... don't be fools 23mb server files lul!? oO_,,|,,
