KTS Issue

I have bought a VPN and registered an account etc

But trying to login i get this error

I have had a look on their forums and server status and think its down for maintenance but im not too sure. If its not why am I getting this error?

If I remember correctly, the issue with your IP ban will show two buttons.

So this one is about Username(ID) or Password has been entered incorrectly.

I can log into website but not the game though :(
