You have 2 options. first: you install yourself a Homepage, which your users can use to registrate themself´s. second: you open your mysql, move to the table account and generate a new charakter, you can choose the charname you want and then you type in a password on this site:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then you gou to "MySQL5", and copy the password, here´s an example:

password: mysql

then you just have to write big letters and fill in * :

now copy the code and fill it in your account and use it as password, the password for your chosen charakter is now mysql5
