Your Database is totally outdated! Update your database or use the fix-files in the 7.3 release. I gave you the link to the Thread with the newest DBs, so what is your problem? You have to fill the AllowedCommandsForPermission Table.

After that upgrade your Arcadia-DB manually with the newest scripts. Scripts are in the forum, open your eyes and don't spam everywhere!
