Its for workgroup connect. I mean that i want to connect the (Database) together!

What problem ?

@On topic:

You need a remote connection.

SQL Server Configuration Manager -> (On the left) Sql server network Configuration -> Protocols for SQLEXPRESS and enable TCP/IP .

If you use Firewall, you'll neet to allow the other machine's traffic to the main machine.

You can do that by adding the other's machine ip to "Scope".

when i did that i got error on SMC

Well, then you have another problem. SMC should connect anyway, without any problem, as long as Firewall is not blocking the port 15880.
