Updater Again

Trying to get this done but seems it will not work.
Current version is 120
Patch version is 121
Path is .com/Shaiya/patch. The patch is ps0121

Still get this error: Runtime Error!
Program C:AeriaGames\my Shaiya\Updater.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

i got that when i was first making a shaiya server,
