Problem with starting the EU game

hey every1,
i dled the new EU version of combat arms and installed it but once i double klick on the client it says "version checking" and after a short time a pop up comes and says:

"cannot connect to the server. please try again or visit ... http::/combatarms.nexoneu.com
errorcode = -2, 10060

you can't at the moment run the game,
because Closed Beta is not started yet.

Try it again at the 28. October!
