on Nostale(DE) a GM had port some users on this places and these guys saved the location with a wing (I don't know the english Item name)
But on some places you can get with the teleport skill (e.g. Stone at spawn).
I don't know if this is still working but sometimes if you relog you got spawned at bug places. (logout next to [building here] and after log-in you are on it :p)
