Any good servers with BR files?

Seriously, I've been browsing the pserver advertisement section for like 3-4 days now and I can't find any good ones.
The only good one I found was [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], it has everything I want but its a Turkish server.
Not being racist or anything but I don't want to play with a bunch of people who don't know a single word in English.
Also esro wouldn't be a bad choice but there's too many newbs there, and its kind of old so economy is kind of messed up.
So anything 80-100 cap with 150+ players online at all times and black rogue server files is what I'm looking for here.
Any ideas?

Why do you want to play on BR files?

Capped online should be not bad, but is is based on vsro files.

They are currently on Cap 60 and rising it.

Well first of all vsro files are unbalanced, chinese are very weak compared to what they are in BR files. And chinese vs chinese is a pot war too.
Also I hate the crossed swords action for pvp instead of normal capes.
And I'm not a huge fan of battle arena either.
But yea I tried capped, but without chinese having a chance its not as fun to play, even as an euro xD
Thanks for the effort though :P
