How can i make the skill not disapear?

hi, how can i fix this problem, everytime i log into the game i have to put the skills back onto the nunbers at the bottom of the screen...?

check that u dont have deep freeze

where can i check that?

i mean do u have deep freeze installed on ur PC , if there is Deactivate it , if not , u better w8 someone know better than me
