[HELP] Two Things :D

One of my questions is that i did the "Spawn newbie gift" thingy the replacing shelly's letter way , came out good , but on the chaos/mortalqueen db you dont start off with the shelley's letter in your bag , ive searched for it and couldnt find on how to do it , my other question is how in the world do i change the level that you start at? you start as level 50 in the chaos/mortalqueen db. First one.. use search as it requires query and im away from EO..development...

Second one..Go to cq_user and right click (Design Table) find level column and change 50 to w/e except less than 256.... gold and eps and pps is the same..

to have VIP default starting lvl..
go to cq_account and right click (Design Table) find VIP column change it to 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
