edit: nvm i fixed it, was avg doing it... had it installed on both pc's, and forgot all about it becuz sm1 else had installed them awhile back(not me) and i guess when i updated them(havent been updated in awhile) it found a false threat with co or smthing of the sort and blocked it
anywayz problem solved :P
