Question about charcount

Hi all.

Some1 can speak one bit about charcount in some CT achives?
i dont understand what is this, pls help me.

charcount shows u how much player in ur near ug ones and invisible gms too

It helpes if you are hacking in D3F4 or something.
So if Char Cout get more and you are alone hacker you know, that you need to port away.
It helpes ^^
But sometimes it's laggy or smth.
Cuz there is more CharCount but there is no one oO
