If you got all the data which you need to recover (ID, E-Mail, Paypal TXN) then you can.
Otherwise it will be hard to get it back.

ye but i cant have paypal txn etc bcuz i never paid for bot on that accounts .

If Shiva has replied, please post his answer in the thread. I really want to know if you can get your sBot data back like that. Once i forgot my account data aswell, but i was lucky, that they were saved as cookies on my old PC ;)
