seeking members/suche Mitglieder for Server Project on Ecsro files full D9

Hey guys,

Waht i wanna do:
I will Start a new Server with Fully D9 (Mastery and Skill) i will not use vsro Files i will have an REALY oldscool Server.Its not just an "Fun" Server like the most Servers are opend atm they close in 2-3 Month again Its a longtime Project!!.

About Me:
Iam 19 years old i am Working as an application developers (trainee 2/1 Yehars in Germany we have 3 years :) ). So jes i am from Germany.
I Already Managed an Server but it fails by my "TEAM". I am Playing Silkroad more than 5 years.I am familiar with Vsro files and The new Realeased Ecsro Files so much i can in this short Time.

So waht role i play in the Team:
I will Set up the Files and will Manage them sure i will be the one how bring out the updates.I'm not a loner u can everytime bring ur ideas in and we will talk about ur ideas and ask the other Teammembers waht they think about it.4 Sure i Will be one GM.

what are my principles:
-Support for the players
-Fair (to Player an in the Team)
-decisions are coordinated
-Open about our Plans the players have to know wahts going on
-no unplanned Downtimes
-Friendly

what I'm looking for
the origin is not interested Just writing english is needet dont have to be perfect
-Homepagemanager (sure i know the bases too but i want a good homepage news in database ! )
-Pk.2 Editor
-co Admin This will be the hardest position (Serverfiles)
waht the most guys w8ting for "GM" i dont think i will have much gm´s at the beginning sure if the server gets filled we need more but i think those will be the Players.
The team i am serching for 4 sure will get GM accounts but thats do it hard to get in the team I have to TRUST them.I will pick my team members After long and thoughtful considerations.

Payment:iam not rich so at the beginning no payment !

Maybe he already bought root..But without donations he can't pay the team members..
