HOW TO FIX SMC cannot start smnet 9 error

start smc and get cannot start smnet 9 or open and quickly close
solve go to contron panel-->system->>advenced-->performance settings-->Data execution Prevention (DEP) now turn on dep and add smc.exe and smc_independent.exe after add press ok and restart your machine :)
