can anyone teach me how to decrypt this hex to normal text...so we can read it what it writes...

The file is devided in 1 Byte parts. 1 Byte can represent 256 numbers. In hex that means 0x0 to 0xFF. The programm is looking for the ASCII representation of the number, if there is one visible (e.g. whitespaces are displayed as .).

this file likes edp files...but it extension edt...

for use that program...just drag files.edp to decrypted.exe...so it will automatically decryted that....
