Charles error

When i want run the charles say`s"A suitable Java installation was not found. Please visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] to install Java."
What should I do?
I download the java with oracle and when i try to download again say`s"You have the recommended Java installed (Version 6 Update 31)."...

Download charles for 32-bit it can be as 64-bit !!!!!!

No. Charles is for 32 & for 64 too. But error when you opening application on 32 for 64 is "Error, This is not valid Win32 Application." I think on 64 same, but with 32 number :D

64bit can run 32bit programs
