Request Adding new skills

Im requesting could some one make tutorial on how to add a new skill into the server

E.g a vampire skill or new warrior skill or somethin ? thanks would find it extremely helpfull

i cant see anything related to adding a new skill on there mate ? could you point me in the right direction ?
