[request]need coders...for my server..

im looking for coders to join my server that i will be hosting (will be SEMI 24/7)
and i am looking for some coders with spare time to help me code for my server, and make it better... im too dumb to learn how to code xD...

(im pretty sure flamers are gonna post on this thread -.- )

People who can't code and aren't willing to learn shouldn't even CONSIDER "making" (read: copy-pasting various bits of code and hoping it's gonna work) their own server.
