Registration Page

sorry for this stupid question but i swear i searched alot
where should i put the registration page files? and i need the real config. for the page
and i have router and static IP and i cant do anything with it i cant setup my server with this static i saw many things in the web for Dr.abdelfattah ,and i tried all but nothing worked i want to know the way for how to open ports in router [my router (TP-LINK)] and in this stuff what IP should i put

1.You made the website but you dont know how to make it online , thats the problem?
2.Google it : how to forward ports on a router - you will get many tutorials
If you are too idiot to understand any of these tutorials you can use this program too (Just select your router model, select the port you want to open and the program will forward it)
