Sounded so convincing this mofo...well yeah i got scammed. He act as some sort of middle man finding sellers and buyers and scammed me for my $40(Could have been $80 but he left taking what he could get).

Already dranked my ass off. Yeah i know i already made a dispute and escalating it to paypal. Saved our msn chat so that should help alot.

Was buying in evolution server. I aint buying any no more, not after this. Thought MSN was safer than talking in CO but that bitch proved me wrong. If anyone ever wants to buy ANY dbs frm any player i advise u to do this.

1. Screen shot the chats u have with u and their seller on CO(If there is any).
2. Save ur chat on msn as well.
3. Make sure both u and the seller state on msn which chara you both will be using as well as the server for the trade(Saving this specific chat is crucial).
4. Tell him to show the damn DBs if he even have them(A screen shot of this can fake a sale thats why theres step number 5).
5. Screenshot the exact time that the trade was made/complete and make sure you both state that in the chat that yes the trade was successful(Before the trade make sure you BOTH AGREE that once the trade is complete u both will announce the time).
6. Make sure there are more than 2 payments(make sure he fully agrees and understand there WILL be 2 or more payments) because if the fo dont have the DBs obviously the 2nd payment wont happen and paypal will see this on the transactions.

Well if theres anything else that can make it safer feel free to add on.

I suggest you to always check the seller's reputation as well as his posts. When I'm talking about posts, I don't mean the post count, but the quality. Is he a respected member or is he just some random kid who spams bullshit under every thread?

Yeah i know. I saw him having a good 90ish range of post and just 1 thanks. Registered around the same time as my account so i assumed he would be legit. I mean im legit having way less than him and then seeing how organized he was i took the bait and got fucked over.

I'd say nothing more that it is sad that you are chargebacking while dbs has been deliviered, and I trully believe that PayPal wont screw me over in this, all I have to say.

Once you finished transfering the money i sent u to another account you just said and i quote "and it done, thanks, I need to go now : ) msg if u will need more" and yo ass went "offline." What yo dumbass didnt realize was that we agreed on TWO payments. After i finished bitchin yo ass out while you were "offline" i then sent the complaint to paypal. Then guess wat? Yo ass hopped on paypal and msged me there in a fucking INSTANT! Like whoa?! Didnt yo ass had to leave so damn bad that u didnt even bother asking if i received any dbs nor did u tell me who the fucktard was?!

Say what you will but once paypal gets a hold of our msn chat, our paypal chat, and the transaction they will fucking know.
