close your antiviren, firewall etc etc, download again and then start with administrator rights. if this doesn´t work, you have to tell me about your programm, windows 7 xp or vista??? but i think your firewall doesnt´t allow the ibot. so you have only give him the permission

if it is vista, go to users accounts and there you have to stop administrator rights for the whole computer.
