Did you delete data (.crb) from that ftp folder (SRO_CREST)?

According to the error it failed to set a folder or something.
Make sure your FTP account got all rights (Create, Delete, Replace etc).
Make sure You create a SRO_Crest folder within the SRO_Crest folder, worked for me.
Make sure your FTP account got a home folder which should be the SRO_Crest.
Check your firewall so it's not blocking any connections.
Check so your server.cfg & type.txt is properly set up.
5 easy steps, shouldn't be so hard.
