Did you check that your sql server is running? (just try to login from management studio)
03/13/2012 21:40 HaraltPotter#5
yea its running , ihave no problems with my sql server i can log in
03/13/2012 21:42 Dr.Abdelfattah#6
So check your certification config again there must be a mistake ..

well if your server was working fine just befor you restart your pc or what ever you did...then it hard to get this error..
03/13/2012 21:55 Dr.Abdelfattah#9
Maybe check the sql server name again (or check if you could access to your server via management studio with your sa user for example)
03/13/2012 22:01 HaraltPotter#10
yea it all works .
in error it says anything about this table "SK_SilkChange_BY_Web"
i have check this table but its empty :(
can you check and tell if your table are empty too?
03/13/2012 22:06 Dr.Abdelfattah#11
The globalmanager is just showing fatal that it can't see that table since it can't connect to Account DB
Check your certification again
there must must must be a mistake there .

You don't need just check your database info again, there must be an error, or show me your srglobalservice.ini
