all stats = Stamina, Wisdom, Strengh, Intelligence, knowlege

never looked about how much hp and mp it exactly adds but I'd say around 1xx

Well, it gives "all stats +15" so lets calculate:
+15 Agility (for warriors gives def rate and attack rate, for archer type i believe it gives dmg too)
+15 Strength (for warriors it gives ~5,1 dmg, and i believe somehow it counts in the crit chance too)
+15 Intelligence (for casters it gives dmg)
+15 Stamina (~250 HP)
+15 Wisdom (some MP)

I go test for you. I edit this post soon with the info.

Ok. So as i see 1 wisdom gives 5,25 MP. So 1 Asthal 15 wisdom: 15*5,25 = 78MP.

BUT:
This can be different depends on your stones and gears. The % bonuses can improve this number.
E.g.: with poison top at lv60 you gain +9% MP, so the number is ~90 than.

To be more accurate, 1 stamina give around 8 raw hp, so +15 stamina give around 120 raw hp. 250 hp gain is only if after you have buff and prayer stone that increase hp by per cent (like stamina buff prayer stone).

Same for wisdom and mana, except that 1 wis give around 5 raw mp.

It is said that inteligence also increase passive mp regen rate
as stamina increase passive hp regen
(but well, those effect are quite ridiculous, maybe even more than hp and mp recovery stone lol)

anyone know why u cant put ashtals in a shield?

Well, i beleive its a bad idea to do so anyway. Bloc / skill block / ele resist is much more important.

And there is goddamn enought slot for ashtal :P .

with Ashtal u will do more dmg on pve and ofc more hp but with scion it s more for full pvp, i have 2staffs full scion 7/7 and 7/7 full asthal on pvp i do around 800/900 dmg more with Scion staff (same skill).

ps: use full scion staff if u have enough hp selfbuff like (12k) :)
