I read thet it is chinease pSro but the server was closed,no?

If it's still open'where can I download it,and register?

csro is chinese silkroad online
everything is same as isro- the global silkroad online, but csro has lvl 100 cap

Lvl 100 cap includes Chi'in Tomb, 10th Degree and Roc (Roc update was yesterday). And it's not a private server.
