L2Net error

Hi emir0n, i did dowloaded L2net the data files and the other1 unpackel all in same dir, but i i try to run it is dysplay and error msg teling that is a probl with my DirectX that could not load an assamble file...........
where is the problen, and how to fix it?

ok, now i keep getting this error:

wel if u create a acc on theyre site u can post normaly ... i dont know what couses that error
