we have already got the client that lets us speedhack the xp skill, why cant someone just release a aimbot were it just attack everything when u use the xp skill....

And that's why free bots stopped existing.
More accurately... Paid bots keep making tq change things which makes it simply too much work with no reward for free bots to keep up with the changes.
That's exactly why my old proxy framework I released no longer works. Since then tq has had to change a shit ton of stuff related to encryption to try to remove clientless bots from the game... they of course updated after about 2 days :P
