Flying mounts Question

Is there a way to adjust how high a flying mount flies? For example I seen in p-Servers some fly pretty low to the ground. In TQ they fly higher then what I have seen in private servers. Is there a way to adjust their flying height if so where ? I have tried searching forum and found nothing.

This is because the TQ client is programmed for flying mounts, however here we just use a work around to still have flying mounts.

One of the ini files is all i know , but you'd have to adjust the texture files , the .c3 modules ,
