look like L2Sniffer but more powerfull

looks like radar , it useful in pvp action.

i found it on some forum l2guru or goha, dont remember
any ideas about what it might be?

Its L2Radar but it is hard-coded for working only on Teon.

interesting ... would like to take a peek on it :)
