Reflect Issue

1st - Iam Coding Reflect So Correct me if iam Wrong ..heres how it work WHen its activated the Damage is Returned To the Attacker but if the Damage Higher Than The Attacked HitPoints The Damage Wont be Calculated from Attacked Hp nor returned Back to the attacker HP ...and if its Less than the Attacked Hp ,..The Attacked HP will be reduced to the damage he sent to Attacked .....Right ?

i thought no matter what the damage was, the attacker got that exact damage back O.o

say if the attacker hit someone for 200, 200 damage would be sent back to the attacker. correct me if im wrong
