I do not really understand what are you asking for as all you need to do is update your PS_GameDefs.dbo.MobItems, there are plenty of posts with the query needed for that

Just give the item you want to drop a grade and enter that grade into your MobItems table.

You need ShStudio and now press 1 item there is a tab called "Drop Group" set it what number you want except the 999+
Example :1)Set 1 item grade 10
2)Then you will see a tab in ShStudio called grades
3)Click the grade 10 and you will see your item
4) Go \Databases\PS_GameDefs\Tables\MobsItem >> Open table and there are mob ids,Grade and Drop Chance
5)take 1 MobId >Change the grade into 10 >then go to next tab "Drop Chance" and set it 100=100%
6)After you done ,open server and type /mmake <mob id you customized with grade and drop chance> and kill it.
