cannot connect to the server

guys ive just got dc from the game and ive waited 5 mins then ive tried to login in again then its wrote cannot connect to the server and its about 20 mins like that how can i fix this problem i cannot play...

serieusly everytime when there is a maintenance there are these guys who go and QQ why they cant login...:mad:
