GRB issue

Major issues with GRB ... I have opened the portals on svmap to upper level 999 and to test set it like so ........

CreateType = R
CreateTime = (0, 15, 24)(1, 15, 24)(2, 15, 24)(3, 15, 24)(4, 15, 24)(5, 15, 24)(6, 15, 24)
ExpireTime = 2
RebirthMapPos1 = 53, 50.43, 7.09, 86.57
RebirthMapPos2 = 54, 97.33, 5.89, 42.03

......in the map.ini. However still getting "No time for GRB" Have i made a mistake somewhere I am becoming rather annoyed by this connundrum.
