Cabal Private Server

hello guys,
Iīm looking for a good cabal private server with at least 500x ep, good drop rate, and it should be at least epi 5 with pi, new skills, the new interface ( not like Elite Cabal or x- gameing cabal ) and there should play at least 800 players.
It would be nice if i donīt have to do the rang up quests or national quests.
