well i dont know the exact amount of dbs.. but if you talk to the UnknownMan, he'll tell you which level and % you would reach by using one db, so you can decide afterwards if you wanna use the db for it, or not..

using dbs to lvl up to 110 is like using dbs to upgrade the quality of a normal item :P
