And now we need a 2Moons Server for Revolution Network too

The Server should be

24/7
Runs on a Root
No Laggs
Friendly GM´s

Everythink would run on our Website(comming soon)

You need new server, but server like offic or Pserver ?

EDIT : As I saw on your site, you would like to have pservers, so this one should be also pserver huh?

Well server files are easy to get if u got some chinese speaking guy and the money!

They are looking for PARTNER that can run their servers, So don't only hope that THEY will open dekaron Pserver, Just wait and wish them good luck that they will find an partner :D

If im not mistaken, for an American p-server :|, we need a statement from acclaim saying it's ok.

Yes in Europe you can't sue private servers efficiently. People there champion human rights over intellectual property haha. They have lots of WoW servers there btw...
