Having boost clientside means that every one with cheatengine can edit his boost count.
Boost is serverside.
Those "boost hacks" exist for only two reasons. To scam accounts and to gain profit by forcing poeple to download a password file that you need to pay. And thats why they are forbidden in this section :).
