How Be 2rb on my PServer?

Yesterday I make finally my first CO private server. I know all commands but i dont know the 2rb command. There is one?

Ok. But how i can get 2rb? I putted ExemptionToken on my item box but on the right click it doesn't work...

Lol i stop coming here for a while because i quit conquer and i thought maybe the ridiculous questions would stop, guess not.
