leave academy?

Good evening, it's not a serious problem, but it's a problem xD
I don't hate Turkish, I have many Turkish firends, but, I'm just entered in an academy, and there are all Turkish people -.-', no one speaks english..
so, I want to leave the academy, but what the secession penality is?

another question when i will kick academy member because they are inaktiv i reciev a penality too. Whats that?

if I don't wrong, you can't invite someother one in your academy for 24 hours

thats true..
I had that prob once.. I banned one inactive guy.. and then I wanted to invite my naab char and then it was like FAIL T_T
