long time no talk here or there
the surprise that on insepction day on sro my acc got blocked :(
i have charged silk :mad: Epin and paypal and didnt hunt any mobs since 5 months or more just stalling at Hotan
but since last time i was hunt i stoped charging silk anymore
but i dont know how could ban me

i hope someone help me

i'm not sad of the acc or items or golds cuz he is full of storage:rtfm:
but i'm sad about the system ( charge silk you are in safe ) and i'm now banned :(:(:(

who told you that bought silk prevent you 100% from ban?

hmm. maybe you bought silk over a month before going offline for over 5 months..
i heard that chargebacks wont be effective if 6 months had pass after last silk purchase..(correct me if im wr0ng..)
in that way.. they are not afraid that you might do chargeback after they block your account..

juz check your paypal if you can still do chargeback on all you gave to JM. if you still can, chargeback all you can but if you cant, im s0rry mate. >.<

hmmm... when you buy silk with paypal.. you have the chance to get your money back so thats why joymax wont bann you c0z they are afraid if you might charge it back.. and if 6 months had pass and you havnt bought any silk anym0re. chargebacks wont be available and in that case you are vulnerable in getting blocked by JM c0z if they bann you, they now have your m0ney and you have no chance in getting it back..

no I dont think its because of that...maybe it was just a mistake

2_you get an avatar or a visible silk item?
3_You can make chargeback?
4_What hacks/bot you use?
5_You use a clientles tool no?? like clientles stall?

i wouldnt say they are afraid, if i charge it back - they'll block my acc
and if after 6 months i cant do a chargeback ( which would be stupid selfban), wait, i dont even know what does chargeback do with baning

i ddnt mean that you do chargeback when your character isnt banned yet..
i meant that if they bann you.. thats the time you do chargeback so you get your money back.

but still, i dont think that there is "if", why would they ban you when you bought silk?i mean u can buy some more silk so why would they ban theyre money?

hmmm.. base on what happened to the threadstarters account..
maybe joymax banned him c0z he wasnt online for over 5 months w/c makes joymax think that he may not be on and buy silk in the future..

PS: im not saying that all who bought silk will be banned if they go offline for a couple of months.. i think it still depends if you uses illegal third party programs on your online days.
