You need to be more specific first off:

If you want to temporarily give someone permission 1 do:

#sv("permission", "1", "name") <-- IN HERLOCK ONLY!!!
/run sv("permission", "1", "name") <--- IN GAME ONLY!!!!

!!! THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY AND WILL BE REMOVED IF THE USER LOGS OUT !!!

If you want it to be permenant

USE TELECASTER
UPDATE dbo.Character
SET permission ='1'
WHERE name='USERNAME'
GO

Hope this helps, by the way I am rusty with SQL queries but I'm pretty sure that's the correct one.

I know this but maybe you don't understend me.
I will make one permission, with this permission you can't use run commands but can write in orange.
Understend?

I wouldn't mind learning a little SQL. I just told him what I knew from memory, I knew someone would correct me if I was wrong. BTW I am not positive but I think the last time I tried to use any permission outside 1 the orange text wouldn't work. (But don't hold me to it)
