how do we know that we are banned?

That means that some1 has cnanged your pass.
If you would be banned then it would say "YOU ARE PENELIZED FROM GAME"

lost a char too, they say that there is not enuf proof, and just when i was planning to play a bit legit with my hunter they won't give it back now i just hack, why bother...
