Last Chaos private server problem big problem

I build my lc server with localhost/phpmyadmin, xampp, ep2 files.

but my problem are that when i open gameserver and loginserver then i open game , but when i put user and password , apear a alert that said:

error conect to loginserver.:(

please help meee

client patch failed.. you need to update the nksp.exe, engine.dll,sl.dta etc.
you can do it with this:

mute , i have problem with this page , i registred but before the registration page don't send me a activation mail , and i haven't a activate count

it is not the account. its the connection. you need to patch the files in the client that they work for your server.

p.s you dont need a page.. you can create a account in the database

i say of last chaos knowlege data acount, i can't conect because they don't send me the activation mail

Ps: i put the server files in last chaos usa but thats the same error
