You need to be connected the whole time to play @ the KTS server.
Think it so. The korean ip is your internet if you turn it off you get dc and cant see the launcher too there comes just the error note "cant connect to login server". Also the same error like when the servers turn off at the weekly maintances.
They probably mean with that "till you get connected" that you can take the updates if you run the launcher once after you connected to the ip.If its running (the launcher.exe i mean) you can turn it off, it will take the whole updates in everyway. ( at least if was so some time ago)
With Flyvpn are two ways that you can choose;
- Free ips: you can connect 3 times a day to any kind of ip you want for like 30 mins. If you reset your modem you got 3 more and it repeats so.
- Just pay for an ip montly and play it how you want.
